Stuffed baby potato with crab salad – $2.50

Baby potato stuffed with a light crab salad then topped with minced chives. Add caviar for $1 more.

 

Egg salad tartine- $1.75

Curried organic egg salad, sliced radishes and pea vine shoots served on a lightly toasted baguette slice.

 

Scallop ceviche with cucumber and bacon- $3

Large sea scallops sliced thin and marinated in lemon, cider vinegar, herbs and shallots then topped with shredded cucumbers, red onions, and bacon. Served in porcelain Asian spoons.

 

Smoked salmon toasts-$2

Mustard, chive, and dill butter smeared rye toast rounds with cold smoked wild salmon slices

 

Gougers- $1.5 for plain or $1.75 for stuffed

Small puffs of amazing flavor- choose simple Gruyere, spiced pumpkin butter and Parmigiano Reggiano, or herb flavored and stuffed with goat cheese and a drunk fig wedge. I also make them mini sized rolled in a savory spice blend and toasted for a great bar snack

 

Lobster and white bean “shots”- MP

Poached lobster tossed into a white bean and red wine vinegar salad and served in a shot glass.

 

Herbed Biscuits with ricotta and onion jam- $1.75

Mini herbed biscuits filled with ricotta cheese and sweet spicy onion jam.

 

Tuna stuffed Piquillo peppers $2.50

Line caught white albacore tuna and green onion salad stuffed into sweet Piquillo peppers

 

Spiced Marcona almonds- $10 a half pound

A sweet, a little salty, a little spicy!

 

Marinated olives- $2 per person

Delicious green olives marinated in garlic, fresh thyme, Spanish Sheer vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Muhammara- $1.75 per person

Moroccan roasted pepper and walnut dip served with sumac dusted pita chips

 

Crispy fried chickpeas- $1.75 per person

Tasty chickpeas pan-fried with smoked paprika, sea salt, toasted cumin and olive oil.

Double cooked pork belly with pomegranate glace- $3

Nectar of the God’s, aka pork belly, cured for 3 days then slow roasted to tender perfection. Cut into squares and pan-fried and drizzled with a pomegranate glace. Ridicules!

 

Griddle polenta “cakes” with caramelized onions, goat cheese, and chestnut honey

$2.50*

3 bite polenta squares pan fried until crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, served with crumbled goat cheese and a drizzle of chestnut honey

 

Lamb and feta meatballs with pomodoraccio tomato sauce- $2.50

Tender lamb mixed with onions, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, and feta cheese then pan sautéed and rolled in a pomodoraccio tomato sauce.

 

Turkey and zucchini sliders or meatballs with yogurt sumac sauce

$3 slider, $1.50 mb

Ground organic turkey, green onions, cumin, smoked paprika and zucchini formed into small patties, grilled and served atop a house made roll with sriracha mayonnaise or rolled into small meatballs, baked and served with a yogurt sumac dipping sauce. Two ways both super tasty!

 

Lamb lollipops with chimichurri sauce- MP*

Garlic and black pepper marinated lamb loin “lollipops” grilled to medium rare and dressed in a green chimichurri “overcoat”.

 

Bacon wrapped dates- $1.75

Medjool dates stuffed with Marconi almonds then wrapped in bacon and baked then tossed in an apple cider glaze. Sweet, salty, bacony…

 

Quinoa cakes with taziki sauce-$ 1.50

Toasted quinoa and vegetable cakes pan sautéed nice and crispy then topped with a traditional cucumber- yogurt sauce.

 

Shrimp toast with rouille- $2.75

Piquillo pepper and garlic puree smeared on toasts and topped with large sautéed shrimp and fried capers.
